Therapy as a family
Therapy as a family can offer families the opportunity to develop or maintain a healthy family life.
The majority of families will be faced with challenges at some point and working together to resolve these in the therapy room (and then putting these new understandings in to practice at home) can be a powerful way of shifting the family atmosphere in a healthier direction.
