At Pathways, we believe that true wellbeing goes beyond a single moment, morning or day of rest – it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and soul in ways that support you long after the retreat has ended. Bringing balance and resilience into your everyday life.​

That’s why we’ve created our Wellbeing Retreats: gentle, supportive spaces designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, rediscover possibilities, feel reenergised and develop practices that you can carry with you into everyday life. The real gift of these retreats is what you take home: small, sustainable practices that help you feel more grounded, connected, and well long after the retreat has ended. 6th October 2025 Wellbeing Retreat: Reflect, Rest and Roam Come and join us for a rejuvenating and nourishing experience at our wellbeing day retreat! This day has been designed to help you reconnect with your inner strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and restore balance to mind and body. Through a blend of reflection, movement, and meditation, we will create space for self-compassion and growth that extends beyond your one day with us. This isn't about just taking a day out of your life, this is about taking a day out to learn about yourself, reset and return to your life recharged, rested and ready to put everything that you have learnt in to practice. One dedicated day gives you more than a break—it gives you perspective. Stepping outside your usual weekday routine lets you reset your mind and body. You return to daily life not only refreshed, but with tools and insights you can use in your everyday life and the energy to put it all in to practice! It’s not about escaping your life—it’s about enriching it, so that when you step back in, you do so with more clarity, compassion, and energy. The stories we tell ourselves In this reflective session, we’ll gently explore the narratives we carry about what we can and can’t do — the inner voices that shape our choices, sometimes without us realising it. Through guided reflection and shared discussion (optional), we’ll begin to notice these stories with curiosity rather than judgment, and consider new, more supportive possibilities that recognise all of your strengths. 2. Compassionate meditation Experience guided meditations focused on cultivating kindness towards you. This practice offers a chance to soften inner criticism, nurture acceptance, and build a more caring relationship with your thoughts and emotions. No prior meditation experience is needed. 3. Complimentary lunch Let us take care of you with a nourishing lunch and refreshments 4. Mindful movement: Walk or Run Choose the pace that feels right for you — a grounding walk or an energising run in the nature that surrounds us in Cheshire. As we move, we’ll focus on being present with each step, breath, and sensation, allowing the natural world to support our process of reflection and renewal.
