Wellbeing Retreats

Many of us move through life in a constant rush, balancing endless demands and rarely finding the time or space to pause. Over time, this can leave us feeling tired, drained, disconnected, or even overwhelmed. Our wellbeing retreats offer a compassionate pause — a chance to step away from the noise and give yourself the care you need and so often give to others (but maybe not yourself).

At Pathways, we believe that true wellbeing goes beyond a single moment, morning or day of rest – it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and soul in ways that support you long after the retreat has ended. Bringing balance and resilience into your everyday life.

That’s why we’ve created our Wellbeing Retreats: gentle, supportive spaces designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, rediscover possibilities, feel reenergised and develop practices that you can carry with you into everyday life. The real gift of these retreats is what you take home: small, sustainable practices that help you feel more grounded, connected, and well long after the retreat has ended. Think of it as planting seeds that will continue to grow as you continue on the journey of life.

Through all of our work and our own practice, we have seen how powerful it can be when people are given the time and space to step away from the noise of daily life. These retreats are not about quick fixes or grand promises – they are about compassion, reflection, and learning small but meaningful ways to take care of yourself that could last a lifetime.

What to expect from our wellbeing retreats

  • A holistic approach – We look at wellbeing in its entirety: emotional, psychological, physical, relational and more

  • Gentle workshops and reflections – From mindfulness, meditation and creative exercises to evidence-based psychological tools, everything is designed to be practical and nurturing

  • Rest and restoration – Time in nature, guided relaxation, and quiet moments just for you

  • Connection – Small groups to ensure kindness, safety, the chance to share (if you wish) and time for us to focus on you

Who are our retreats for?

Our retreats are open to anyone who is looking to:

  • Improve or maintain their own wellbeing

  • Find new ways to manage stress and feel calmer

  • Reconnect with themselves and what matters most

  • Learn tools that make everyday life feel more balanced

  • Simply take a pause, breathe, and feel cared for
